Permanent Homes For All
Around the world, millions have been living in tents for over a decade; for many children, their whole lives (Global Shelter Cluster, 2022). Is this the best we can do? Surely not. Kauri Foundation desires to see the 13 million displaced Syrians (UNHCR, 2022), the 48 million people displaced because of conflict and violence (IDCM, 2021), and the 7 million+ people displaced from natural disasters (IDCM, 2021) finally in permanent homes.
Our homes are for everyone. Our homes are for the young adults aging out of foster care, the family whose home was destroyed by a fire, the new parents fleeing from violence, and the average household looking for a fresh start. There is no limit on how many homes we can build, who they can be built for, or where in the world they can be built. Kauri Foundation housing systems are a green-living, life-giving solution for everybody. When you partner with us, you aren't just partnering with any non-profit or giving to any foundation that does the same thing as dozens of others; you are giving toward a truly unique solution, enhancing lives and economies, and bringing hope to millions around the globe!
